Kelli J. Warriner, CFP®

Financial Advisor

I’m a curious person, curious about you and your life, about what your dreams are, and about how I can help you get there. I’ve channeled my interest in people into a career. There’s nothing that gives me more pleasure than sharing my years of experience by working with you to help you feel confident about your financial future.

It can feel like a daunting decision to reach out and ask for help with your financial questions. Together, we can create a financial plan that will help you feel empowered and guide you toward confident financial decisions. There’s no single road map; we all start where we are and go from there, and I’m here to help you navigate.

I was born and raised in southern Vermont. After leaving Vermont for college and “big city life,” I decided to return and raise my family in Newfane. I’ve been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional for 18 years and have enjoyed working with various nonprofit organizations in our area over that time.

Anthony Hemmelgarn, CFP®, AIF®

Director of Wealth Management

Over the past 20 years, I’ve recognized people do not necessarily have financial goals as much as they have life goals that come with financial implications. As a financial advisor, the good stuff for me working with clients is to unpack the financial aspects of their goals. To do that “unpacking,” I work closely with clients to really understand goals, assess cash flows, resources, identify risk, and ensure that they’re making sustainable progress. Life is a constantly evolving journey, and so it is with goals. I feel fortunate to be in a profession that allows me to support others in their journey.

When not working with clients, my journey includes spending as much time outside hiking and backcountry skiing the many beautiful mountains in New England. I feel fortunate to call Vermont home and feel anchored in its community. At the same time, I enjoy traveling and exploring other cultures.

I am a proud member of the Deerfield Valley Rotary Club (DVRC), a lifetime member of Green Mountain Club (GMC), Catamount Trail Association (CTA) member, and a shareholder of the Mad River Glen Ski Cooperative.

Joe Little, CFP®, CPA

Senior Financial Advisor

For over 40 years, I have worked hard to help clients understand their financial life. I really enjoy planning and crafting a strategic path for folks to achieve their financial life goals. I thrive on human connection and develop close relationships that foster trust. Advising clients to plan for their future is the most rewarding job for me.

Helping you navigate a retirement, inheritance, job loss, or divorce to get back on track is often the difference between feeling good or anxious about the future. I enjoy working with clients to solve the financial problems that everyone faces in their lifetime.

If I am not at work when you call, I’m likely out and about with my family, friends, and dogs in the woods. My most recent passions are disc golf and pickleball. I also serve on several local charitable boards and finance committees.

Tina Harris

Client Service Manager

I have always worked in the administrative field and like my job best when I can solve problems for clients that seem impossible to them. Setting their mind at ease and being available to help them is so satisfying.

I live in Dummerston with my husband and our Labs, Max and Maddie. We raised our family in the Dummerston area and just recently welcomed our fourth grandchild. I enjoy crafts of any kind but am particularly fond of quilting.

Most summer weekends you will find us at our cabin in the woods of northern Vermont. We enjoy spending time there with our family and friends making memories and being together.
